Specialty Senior Secured Lending
Lending Strategy
Strategy generates private equity returns with credit like risk
Focus on companies in the lower and middle market in “under-banked” sectors requiring asset/structuring complexity
Target first time borrowers that are experiencing high growth and have financed this growth through equity or venture capital
These companies have executed contracts that create medium to long term, future revenue streams with investment grade customers or government entities
We provide financing to allow the company to secure and execute these contracts
Loans are backed by contractual future cash flows and executable collateral asset value (means the value is not theory, we can sell it at that Value)
Loans are typically structured and financed separately from the company’s operations through bankruptcy remote structures
Security interests in financial or physical assets which provide a clear path to a monetization event
Based on historical origination track record, we are targeting approximately 60% of our borrowers to have active business and contracts with municipal, federal and state governments.
Transactions sizes range from $10 million to $200 million and can be structured as expansion facilities which increases in size which supports the growth of each borrower
