Paul is an investment and business strategist as well as an entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning over 35 years. His expertise in global fixed income strategies includes public securities, private loans, emerging markets, and alternative credit strategies. Paul began his investment career in 1984 in New York working in illiquid fixed income with Salomon Brothers and subsequently Merrill Lynch. He then moved to Hong Kong and Singapore where he started the pan-Asian business for both Oppenheimer and Bear Stearns. At Bear Stearns, he built a global fixed income, principal finance and capital markets firm focused on Asian and Eastern European companies. The business was consistently rated the #1 and #2 “Fixed Income House” in Asia during his tenure. Paul continued building his emerging market expertise and moved to Moscow to run trading and sales at Troika Dialog. Paul subsequently founded and sold a fintech company in 1999 which was focused on streamlining workflows and completed a successful hospitality company roll-up strategy which he sold to a large private equity firm in 2001. Paul then co-founded and managed Brevet Capital from 2003 to 2016. Brevet is a New York based specialty lending asset manager focused on the same senior debt financing strategy as Enascor. Paul is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Charles has over 30 years of financial and operations experience in both public and private companies. His experience encompasses asset management, mergers & acquisitions, direct lending, private equity management, origination, structuring and pre-settlement finance. He has directed operations in various industries including 16 years at AT&T Wireless, Brevet Capital, Ipsidy (digital security) and Opticality (digital advertising). Charles has served on the Board of Directors of Ipsidy, RJP Foundation, Minority Venture Partners, Kalm & ON and Hevitra Solutions. He is also the President of the NYC Chapter of Keiretsu Forum, the largest Angel Investment Network in the world. His key strengths include financial management, turnaround management, team and project leadership, security operations, and systems implementation. Charles received a B.S. in Business Administration from Manhattan College and is a certified ODI Facilitator.

Stefan Wolf, Managing Director - Structuring, is a distinguished finance professional with deep expertise in capital markets. Recently serving as the Global Head of Capital Markets, Stefan raised over $175 million for cross-border ventures. Over the span of his career, Stefan structured over $2 billion in transactions. In prior roles at LASO, Inc. and MW Eaglewood Americas LLC, he specialized in portfolio management, significantly growing assets and pioneering marketplace lending securitizations. Initiating his journey in Germany, Stefan innovated in equity trading strategies and optimized SWAP processes. An MBA graduate from The Neeley School of Business, Texas, he is fluent in English and German, with a fervor for football and philanthropy.
